The man in the green jacket kept testing his patience and pushing him to a point where he losses his calm: “Wallace clapped his hand on the man’s shoulder, grabbing a handful of his green jacket” (86). This shows he has some self-control because he did not actually hit him and it also shows he still has a bad temper so he turns to violence to solve his problems. His actions are associated with his job because the fighter in him is present in his everyday life and not just in the ring.
